Of all the legendary team-building activities at Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events, few are as memorable as the blindfolded karting challenge.

On the surface, it may sound a little crazy. Don’t worry, though. It’s all done at a super-slow speed as a blindfolded driver tries to navigate his or her way around a serpentine track following cues from teammates. Teams compete against each other to see which one can record the fastest time.

“Communication skills, stress management, and performance under pressure are just some of the elements of teamwork that this group favorite challenges and improves,” says Tammy Gatewood, Director of sales, Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events.
