Eligibility: The NASCAR Chicago Street Race ticket giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who purchase a Race package at our Milwaukee store during the specified promotional period. Employees and immediate family members of Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Entry: One entry will be granted for each person that a race package is purchased for at our Milwaukee store. The package must be purchased between 6/24/2023- 6/28/2023 to be eligible. You will automatically be entered into the Giveaway. To be entered, the customer must provide their mobile # and/or email and authorize us to contact them. No additional entry or purchase is necessary to enter or win; send a letter with a note explaining your desire to enter the promotion and including your email and/or phone number to this address: Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events, 17631 Nathans Dr., Tampa, FL 33647. Each qualifying letter will be granted one entry. All mailed entries must arrive before the end of the business day on June 28, 2023, to be considered.

Giveaway Period: The promotional period for the Giveaway begins on June 24, 2023, and ends on June 28, 2023.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Giveaway will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The selection will occur at noon on June 29, 2023, and will be conducted by an Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events representative. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to completing a 1099 for tax purposes.

Prize: The Giveaway consists of 2 FREE NASCAR Chicago Street Race tickets, valued at $500+. The non-transferable prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim the prize within 24 hours of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be randomly selected.

Public Announcement: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to have your name publicly announced as the winner on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

General Terms: Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Accelerate Indoor Speedway & Events from any liability arising from your participation or acceptance and use of the prize.
